Abs are made in the Kitchen Challenge – Progress Report

By far the most common question we have been asked whilst doing this project is “Are you hungry?”.  Honestly, the answer is a resounding “No!”.  This plan isn’t a starvation program by any means, it is instead a safe and sure fire way to fat loss.

Over the last 6 weeks I have lost 2kg of fat, not muscle, and overall I have lost 7cm from waist, hips and thighs.  My goal was to shed some fat and get more definition in my abs which I have done successfully.  Without a doubt the best gauge for me though is how I feel, not bloated or heavy through my abdomen which is such a good feeling.

Shanon’s statistics changed quite a lot and the real testament to the changes in her physique are the before, during and after shots coupled with the volume of comments we have heard about how amazing she looks.  Again, the way she feels far outweighs the way she looks.  Overall she has lost 4kg of fat, not muscle, and also lost 24cm from her waist, hips and thighs.

It has been a very easy challenge overall and we hope it has shown you just how important food intake is combined with the ‘right’ type of exercise (ie. Kettlebell Training) in helping you achieve your body shaping goals.  This exact program we have used and continue to use will be available in the new year.  For more information speak to Lorraine.
