Modifications can be made to allow progression from beginner to advanced as your body conditioning increases. My classes integrate the Pilates method of training with that of Stretch Therapy combining to make the perfect strength and stretch combination. Pilates teaches you to move numerous muscle groups at once in smooth flowing movements. By developing proper technique you can actually retrain your body to move more efficiently. Pilates also improves flexibility, agility and can help alleviate back pain.
