Welcome to Metafit, a high intensity 30-minute workout which works big muscle groups and changes the resting metabolism to give fast results for fat burn and fitness improvement.
If you want to change the way you look, then Metafit is for you! As well as burning fat, you will get stronger, leaner and fitter within a matter of weeks. It is just 30 minutes, but it is an intense and highly effective 30 minutes. 30 minutes that will have you saying “Wow, now that was good!”
Metafit is new and dynamic and I am very proud to be qualified as one of Australia’s first Metafit instructors. I particularly like this style of training. It is hard, fast and gets results. And the beauty of this style of training is that it continues to work for you long after the class is over. The fat burning process keeps going. The training combines traditional body-weight exercises with intervals which will get your metabolism working overtime.
Is it suitable for you? YES! It is suitable for everyone from the beginner through to the advanced. As you get fitter the routines are modified to increase your load and intensity. Exercises are modified and varied to push you harder. There is no upper limit.
Metafit is aimed at everybody. If you are a sportsman, expect improvements on the field. If you are a stay at home mum, expect to regain your pre baby body and feel more vibrant and energetic throughout the day. This workout is for males, females, young and old. And all it takes is 30 minutes per class, so it will not eat too far into your day.
