Recipe – Healthy Chocolate

Ingredients:

  • ¾ of cup organic Cacao
  • 1 cup of coconut oil, melted
  • ¼ cup cashew spread or ABC spread
  • ¼ cup agave nectar
  • 100g almond meal
  • 100g coconut flour
  • Dash vanilla essence
  • 1 tsp. cinnamon or chilli powder

Method:

Mix all of the ingredients together well and pour into a dish or mould and then stick in freezer for 20 minutes. Remember that coconut oil melts when it gets warm, so best kept in the freezer or fridge.
