This to-die-for smoothie tastes so delicious and decadent. It’s meant to have a nutty consistency, i.e. quite bitty, but if you prefer a thinner consistency, blend in a little more water or milk.
- 75g cashews soaked in water overnight
- 120g fresh medjool dates, pitted
- 2 TBSP raw cacao powder
- Pinch sea salt
Drain and rinse cashews and place in a blender along with dates, cacao powder and sea salt. Add 500ml filtered water and blend until creamy. Serve immediately
